This small luxury chain’s expansion begins in Punta del Este, Uruguay with the Fasano las Piedras, set in the most extraordinary location in the Uruguayan coast. This new edition to the Fasano family is located in the trendy neighbourhood of La Barra, overlooking the Maldonado River.
A beautiful design by Brazilian architect, Isay Weinfeld who sensitively designed the property to fit into the surroundings with as little impact as possible.
The property has 22 deluxe rooms, 10 suite bungalows and a deluxe bungalow all of which feature modern amenities including Wi-Fi, 46” HD televisions, air-conditioning, Egyptian-cotton sheets, goose feather pillows and balconies.
The hotel also features two restaurants and a pool side bar, a steam room, sauna, spa with a variety of therapies, an indoor and outdoor pool and a fully equipped fitness centre. Activities at the hotel include jet skiing, water skiing, kayaking, boat trips, windsurfing, tennis, cycling, horse riding, sailing trips as well as the use of a private river beach.
