Samba

Samba is an old favourite, very good value and has an exceptional itinerary that includes the western isles. She is a 78-foot, solid, steel-hulled motor-yacht (with stabilizing sail) built in Holland. She is comfortable and well laid-out, offers good cabin and public-area accommodation. Samba was re-furbished for Galapagos cruising and is owned and operated by a local family.

Samba has 6 double, air-conditioned cabins with private bathrooms ensuite. Each has a lower double sized bunk and single upper. Plus another smaller cabin with private bathroom (not ensuite).

Other features are a nice wooden interior saloon with observation windows, small library and tea and coffee machine. There is an alternative outdoor dining area astern. The atmosphere is casual but the service friendly and efficient.
