Itinerary

Day 1: Cayo District
Arrive Belize & transfer into the rainforest to your remote lodge – if you have time & the energy stop to visit the famous Belize City zoo.
Accommodation: Chaa Creek or Pooks Hill

Day 2: Caracol
Travel through the scenic Mountain Pine Ridge National Park on your way to the famous Mayan Site at Caracol and stop to visit the Rio Frio Caves and Pools.

Day 3: Cave Adventure
Enjoy an adventurous cave / river trip to see ancient Mayan ritual sites where artifacts remain. Choose between Barton Creek where you canoe through the cave or Actun Tunichmal for a more strenuous & adventurous trip with a surprise at the end!

Day 4: Rainforest - Chan Chich Lodge
Transfer by private charter in a small propeller plane deep into the Belizean Rainforest to the famous lodge at Chan Chich. Spend the rest of the day exploring this vast 250,000 acre protected area.

Day 5: Chan Chich nature activities
With all activities prepaid you can explore & bird watch as much as you like, the way you like – hiking, driving, and horse riding or even in a golf buggy!

Day 6: Paradise Island - Ambergris Caye
Fly direct from Chan Chich to the Island of Ambergris Caye by private charter and to your beautiful Caribbean style hotel, Victoria House. Renowned for its style, service and cuisine you can be well assured of a relaxing evening as you settle in.

Day 7: Ambergris Caye
A day to relax, concentrate on the tan or to arrange a snorkel trip, diving excursion, fishing or windsurfing trip or all manner of day trip that the hotel can arrange.

Day 8: Snorkel with reef sharks
Take a half day guided tour to the Hol Chan Marine reserve and Shark Ray alley to swim with Sharks and Rays!

Day 9: Ambergris Caye
Another day to concentrate on the tan or arrange a tour – finish the day with a sailing tour of the Rum Punch II!!

Day 10: Transfer out
Fly back to the mainland to Belize International Airport in plenty of time for your flight out.
