This is the most famous trek in Peru and probably South America, a hike through the Andes on an ancient Inca pathway that joins a series of wonderful ruins and views, through sub-tropical valleys to freezing mountain passes. You will be led by professional guides and full support team and have plenty of time to enjoy the citadel and relax in Cusco afterwards.

Using Cusco as a base we explore rarely visited ruins on horseback, raft and canoe the scenic, fun and safe Rio Urubamba and descend into the Sacred Valley of the Incas by mountain bike. We trek the famous one-day Royal Inca Trail to the lost city of the Incas, Machu Picchu. Relax for a day in Cusco and perhaps join an extension to Lake Titicaca or explore the Amazon.
