  • Costa Rica places to see - Manuel Antonio

One of the most scenic national parks in Costa Rica

A favourite destination for nature-lovers and bird-watchers is the Manual Antonio National Park with palm-fringed beaches, scenic gems and rocky peninsulas; it is also home to monkeys, racoons and seabirds on the offshore islets.

Our selected hotels are in fantastic positions, usually perched on the hillside with great views over the rainforest and ocean and just a short walk to the golden beaches that fringe it.

Costa Rica’s central Pacific Coast is one of the world’s top surfing destinations thanks to beaches like Playa Hermosa, Jacó and Dominical where we can arrange for surfing lessons.

Alternatively, a great way to see the area is onboard one of our catamaran boat trips taking you to the best snorkelling locations.  Feel the cool ocean breeze and spray while you watch humpback whales, dolphins and other marine wildlife.

Enjoy lazy days on the beach or enjoy the many activities we can arrange from rafting and kayaking to wildlife tours and deep sea fishing

Further south is the privately owned wildlife refuge of Hacienda Barú, where the adventurous can hike to see capuchin monkeys, sloths and caimans.
