CRUISE HOLIDAYS

Only expedition style voyages, never crowded cruise liners

We believe that an expedition by boat is a way of travelling from region to region to experience different things along the way, not about the ‘onboard entertainment’. This is not to say that our voyages are not luxurious they offer comfortable rooms and fine cuisine along with lectures with local and naturalist guides.

Our selected expeditions are based in four vastly different parts of Latin America; Amazon, Galapagos, Antarctica and Patagonia (although we do have others).

Galapagos is where the company began. There are land based programs, but cruising the Galapagos is really the only way to see it properly. Jump ashore for island hikes or swim with turtles, rays and sea lions.  With a portfolio of over 40 different boats we’re sure to find one that suits.

Fly deep into the jungle and board one of our expeditions to navigate parts of the Amazon River inaccessible by any other means.  Chug downstream while watching indigenous locals on the banks and navigate down the hidden waterways for close wildlife encounters.

The Patagonia icecap punctuated by snow-capped volcanoes is bound to get anyone excited. Navigate fjords on your way to the end of the world, Ushuaia.

The next voyage is the ultimate, the expedition of a life time. Join one of our small boat expeditions to see the wild scenery of Antarctica. Watch colonies of penguins, basking seals and schools of whales.

On most of our voyages, you’ll spend as much time on land as you do on the boat.
