Built in 2000, in a strictly neo-colonial style it compliments the local architecture in which indigenous materials are used such as adobe walls and hollow canes for the roofs.
There are 18 ample bedrooms overlooking the gardens and mountains. A suite on the upper floor which has a private sitting-room, a canopied bed and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and overlooks the Cerro de Siete Colores and the formations of Los Coloradois the cherry on top of the cake.
