Hotel De La Opera

The Hotel de la Opera was originally the home of the first settlers to New Granada who were granted land rights by the Spanish crown.

The homes later housed the personal guard of South American liberation hero Simon Bolivar. After careful restoration and renovation while maintaining the magic and ambience of the original architecture, the hotel opened its doors in 1997.
