A selection of excursions that cover different aspects of Guatemalan culture such as: a city tour of Antigua, a morning spent with a Guatemalan Folk Art expert, market trips to Solola and Chichicastenango, a visit to the Atitlan lakeside village of Santiago, an overnight trip to Rio Dulce near the Caribbean, and day trips to Taxha and Tikal.

Markets and Maya - 9 days
A wonderful tour taking in the best of the Mayan Markets in Guatemala. Start in Antigua with a city tour and time spent learning about Mayan textiles; visit Chichicastenango and Solola before travelling to Xela in the highlands and visiting the local markets of the area; you will transfer deep into the Cuchumatances Mountains to San Francisco El Alto and Todos Santos before ending this fantastic journey back in Antigua.

Mayapan Tour - 12 days
Copan is considered by many the most colorful of the Mayan ruins, although Tikal may be considered the most spectacular. The surrounding jungle of Tikal is home to colourful birds and a myriad of wildlife, but both ancient cities should be high on anyone's list of places to visit.

Hidden Maya - 11 days
Highlights of this tour are visits to the Northern Rainforest area of Peten – Lake Petexbatun and the lost Mayan site of Aguateca and Chiminos Point. After this, you finish with guided tours of the amazing sites of Ceiba, Yaxha and Tikal.
You can also make this tour a 14 day tour by adding a wonderful Copan extension.

Carimaya Tour - 10 days
This short 'taster' tour takes in areas of Guatemala that are known for their serene beauty; famous lake such as Lake Atitlan and the surrounding volcanoes; the best of the Mayan ruins ie Tikal and Yaxha; fantastic Mayan Markets of Chichi and colonial capitals such as the divine city of Antigua.
