This lovely little hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Made from locally mined salt blocks and overlooking the Salar de Uyuni in an isolated location, this is one of the most unique places to stay on the continent.
Everything other than the tiled bathrooms are made from salt including the walls, floors, tables, chairs and even the beds. Cosy Bolivian fabrics, heaters and electric blankets keep you warm during your stay.
