The pousada was decorated by its owner, the artist Luz Urquijo and is located in an old restored “sobrado” (two story house) where its architectural style and the preservation of original materials stand out.
The Pousada is located in the historical centre next to the Santa Rita Church, with a panoramic view of the bay of Paraty and the Bocaina Mountains. It also has a stunning view over the rooftops of the magical town.
The rooms are all a good size and are all individually decorated with local art.
