Solost is a boutique hotel located on the beautiful southwest coast of Nicaragua. The hotel has tastefully decorated cabañas with high standard mattresses and linens, and modern, spacious bathrooms. There is no air-conditioning as it does not rhyme well with the hotel’s ecological philosophy, but wall fans provide fluid cool breezes. Clients can relax in a hammock on their private outdoor space, listening to the sounds of the jungle and the ocean.
Solost’s Bistro Bar offers eclectic cuisine for every palette. Fresh herbs, local fruit and vegetables are implemented in all dishes. The menu will always include a fresh catch of the day, the finest beef, poultry, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Other amenities offered by the hotel are yoga and surf board rental. The surf break is excellent, Playa Jiquelite hosted various international championships.
